We’ve been waiting to share this exciting news and we’re thrilled to shout all about it; The Bia Hub is now an official SCOTT dealer.
SCOTT is a premium Swiss bike manufacturer with a history of legends including Greg le Monde in his 1989 Tour de France win and Team SCOTT-Odlo MTB Racing’s Nino Schurter and Jenny Rissveds who won both the Olympic Gold Medal and the XCO World Championships in their categories in 2016, to name but a few.
Innovation, Technology, and Design have always been at the core of SCOTT bikes. Contessa, the SCOTT range devoted women-specific bike line-up, is no exception. Every detail is carefully and mindfully designed to be perfectly tuned from the first pedal stroke. Under the Contessa umbrella, you will find road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, and ebikes. This means that although the frame remains generic, the bike is tailored to women with a narrower bar, shorter stem and women’s specific saddle.
SCOTT has a wide range of women’s specific gear and bikes with nearly every SCOTT bike model available in a Contessa version.
This is a hugely exciting partnership for Bia and enables us to extend our offering of women’s specific and tested bikes and accessories. We already have some bikes available at The Hub, and will be offering the full range of shoes, helmets and accessories from SCOTT.
It’s all about the Experience
One ride on a SCOTT will yield an incomparable experience but the superb product and women tailored offering wasn’t the only reason we wanted to partner with the brand.
We also wanted to provide experiences that continue to inspire and enrich our riders. With SCOTT on board, down the line we’ll be offering test days where you get to ride the bike before you buy it. We’ll also be hosting launch events and talks to add insight and inspiration to your training and riding experience.
