EXCHANGES & RETURNS
While each product that is shipped is quality checked and packaged protectively, it can happen that an item is defective, or damaged during shipping.
Not what you expected?
If the item is not what you expected, return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.
Return your defective or unsuitable item to us within 14 days for an exchange of the defective item, or a full refund on an unsuitable item.

Please be sure to:
- Return to us within 14 days.
- Ensure original tags and packaging are still intact.
- Clothing must not be worn or washed, and must be in the packaging and condition in which you received the item.
- Include a copy of the packing list you received with your order. Please complete the section for returns/exchanges so we will know what to do when we receive your returned items.
- Kindly notify us via email that you wish to return the item on email@example.com
- Send the item via tracked mail, and enclose the return slip in the package. (click here if you don’t have the slip in the package)
Once we have received the item, you will be notified by email. The item will be inspected and you will be notified by email if the item is eligible for return. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and your original method of payment will be credited within 7 working days. If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as it can take some time to process.
